Eben Kinahay owned a heavily defended estate on an island in Centerpoint Station's Sapphire Lake, within Hollowtown. It was rumored that Kinahay kept a Sith holocron in the estate. Eventually, the estate was destroyed in 18 ABY, when the station's tractor beam fired, causing the Glowpoint within Hollowtown to flare up to several thousand degrees.[1] Multiple parties, including Eben's son Zyne Kinahay, searched the wreckage for the holocron, but were unsuccessful, due to the security measures still remaining functional.[3] In 40 ABY, the remains of the estate were destroyed when Centerpoint Station exploded itself.[2]
