The Eastern Wilderness was an area of the Outer Rim planet Ueda. During the High Republic Era, the Clarodian brothers Tianris Mez and Guanlos Mez supervised an old family deep-mantle mining operation in the Eastern Wilderness.[1] In 132 BBY,[2] Tianris was looking to retire but did not think Guanlos could handle the responsibility of managing the Eastern Wilderness operation.[1]
