ED-V8-series envoy droid

The ED-V8-series envoy droid was a model of protocol droid designed by the Rseikharhl Droid Group, for diplomats working with non-humanoid species. It was built around the chassis of an ancient Krath war droid, using cybernetics to alter the appearance of its body. They were programmed to be nonthreatening, having a high level of autonomy.[1]
