A desert plum was a type of plum found in deserts. The Twi'lek Majordomo Bib Fortuna referred to the musician Jess as his "little desert plum."[1]

Behind the scenes

Desert plums were first mentioned in "Dune Sea Songs of Salt and Moonlight," a short story written by Thea Guanzon as part of the anthology book From a Certain Point of View: Return of the Jedi[1] released on August 29, 2023.[2]
