Delsh Oquan was Confederacy of Independent Systems operative during the Clone Wars. Delsh Oquan went on a mission on Leyoye Prime in a unit comprised Poan of Riek, Baby Yezz, Seebee One, Bargaz Barnok, and Alvadorjian Soujen Vak-Nhalis. Delsh Oquan perished during the mission.[1]
