The Dark Acolyte Trio was a group of Dark Acolytes serving Count Dooku in the months leading up to the Battle of Geonosis. During the Battle of Geonosis, the Dark Acolytes defended Dooku's hangar with Sith Enforcers. Piloting a TX-130 Saber-class fighter tank, Jedi Master Mace Windu killed the three Dark Acolytes in a hovertank battle outside the hangar.
