Artel Darc was a Dark Acolyte, who worked for Count Dooku during the Clone Wars. He was in charge of the Separatist forces on Dagu, where he enslaved the Rybet inhabitants. The Jedi Shaak Ti and her forces attacked Dagu. The Battle on Dagu was won for the Galactic Republic.
Behind the scenes
These events were going to be made into the novel Escape from Dagu, but it was canceled. However, events in this novel entered continuity by being referred to in other media, specifically the Fact Files.
