Custard

A custard was a semi-soft food consumed widely throughout the galaxy in many dishes, both dinners and desserts. The flavor of custard varied from sweet to savory. Usually, a coagulant such as eggs or gelatin was added to this food to stiffen it from a liquid form to a more solid gelatin consistency. Custard could be cooked or served raw.
