Creshik wood was a type of golden-colored wood from the planet Tralus. Coronet Arms imported the wood from Tralus to produce the hand-carved furniture and stock of its Mark V "Sand Panther" hunting rifle, a product available during the Galactic Civil War that was as much art piece as it was functional weapon.[1]
Behind the scenes
In the current Star Wars canon, creshik wood was mentioned in the 2019 Star Wars Roleplaying supplement Gadgets and Gear, which was published by Fantasy Flight Games.[1] The wood originated in the Star Wars Legends continuity, where it was mentioned in Suns of Fortune, a 2014 Fantasy Flight Games supplement for Star Wars: Edge of the Empire.[2]
