"Corvis, that's our cue. Take us in a little closer to the Nexus and stay low."
―Wolffe, to Corvis[3]

Corvis was a clone trooper pilot in the Galactic Republic's 104th Battalion. In 22 BBY, Corvis piloted a Republic attack gunship during a mission on the planet Quarmendy. Corvis flew below the enemy scanners and deployed fellow Wolfpack troopers Wolffe, Boost, Sinker, and Comet.

Biography

Created on the planet Kamino,[1] Corvis was a clone trooper who served as a pilot in the Grand Army of the Republic's navy, specifically in the 104th Battalion, which was under the command of Jedi General Plo Koon and Clone Commander Wolffe. During the Clone Wars between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems, Corvis participated in a mission to the floating city called the Nexus on the planet Quarmendy[3] in 22 BBY.[4]

As Koon and several other pilots flying ARC-170 starfighters engaged the Separatist forces, Corvis piloted a Republic attack gunship that carried clone troopers Wolffe, Boost, Sinker, and Comet, toward the city. Being careful to stay below the designated altitude so as to evade enemy scanners, Corvis flew near the city and allowed the four clones, who were equipped with JT-12 jetpacks, to deploy from the gunship so they could finish their approach to the Nexus. The clones were able to rescue a hostage and escape the Nexus before it was destroyed.[3]

Personality and traits

As a human clone of the bounty hunter Jango Fett, Corvis had tan skin and was 1.83 meters (6 feet) tall,[1] weighing eighty kilograms.[2]

Equipment

Corvis wore white clone pilot armor[3] that was somewhat different from other armor worn by other clone pilots[5] in that it included a helmet fin and had tubes protruding from the chest armor[3] as opposed to running behind the helmet.[5] Like other clone troopers, Corvis was implanted with a behavioral modification biochip by Kaminoan scientists at birth to ensure compliance with certain orders.[1]

Behind the scenes

Corvis appeared in flashbacks in the second issue of the canon comic book miniseries Star Wars Adventures: The Clone Wars – Battle Tales. The issue was written by Michael Moreci, with Corvis being illustrated by Megan Levens, and published by IDW Publishing[3] on June 24, 2020.[6]
