The Nexus was a trading outpost located above the planet Quarmendy. Early on in the Clone Wars, the Nexus was occupied by the Confederacy of Independent Systems under the leadership of Wat Tambor.[2] In 22 BBY,[1] the Nexus was the target of a Republic mission to seize control of the planet Quarmendy. During said mission, the Nexus was destroyed by Tambor after being cornered by members of Jedi Master Plo Koon's Wolfpack.[2] Later, the Nexus was mentioned in an intelligence report by Clone Commander Wolffe describing D1-series aerial battle droids, which was included in the survival compendium "Neyo's Almanac of Clankers."[3]
