Corinathoths were a species native to the planet Maridun. They were hunted by the Amanin, a sentient species from the same planet.[1]

Corinathoths originated in the Star Wars Legends continuity, and first appeared in the sixteenth issue of the Star Wars: Empire series of comic books, published by Dark Horse Comics[2] on January 28, 2004.[3] They were first mentioned in the new Star Wars canon in "Mustafar and Other Planets in the Outer Rim,"[1] a 2022 booklet in a series of reference booklets titled the Star Wars Encyclopedia.[4]
