"Domina thinks she's dead, but…"
"She's like a Corellian roach. If anyone can cheat death, it's her."
―Sana Starros and Magna Tolvan, on Chelli Lona Aphra[1]

A Corellian roach was a creature that was hard to kill[1] and partially shared its name with the Core Worlds planet Corellia.[2] Between 3 ABY and 4 ABY,[3] the archaeologist Doctor Chelli Lona Aphra crashed the Tagge Corporation flagship Acquisitor into the Outer Rim planet Rocedila.[4] Afterward, Tagge Corporation[1] leader Lady[4] Domina Tagge offered condolences to[1] the smuggler[2] Sana Starros, believing Aphra to have been killed. Once Starros informed[1] rebel Captain[5] Magna Tolvan of Tagge's belief, Tolvan compared Aphra to a Corellian roach, noting that if anyone was able to cheat death it was the archaeologist. Shortly after, Starros traveled to Rocedila and rescued Aphra, who was in fact alive.[1]
