Corellian Spike Cold Brew was an alcoholic caf beverage served at Oga's Cantina in Black Spire Outpost on the Outer Rim planet Batuu[1] in 34 ABY.[2] The drink shares its name with the sabacc variety Corellian Spike. It was suitable for human consumption.[1]

Corellian Spike Cold Brew is available in the real world to customers at the Oga's Cantina bar in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge in Disney's Hollywood Studios.[1] It first became available on November 18, 2024.[3] Its menu description reads, "Maker's Mark Kentucky Straight Bourbon, Joffrey's Coffee™ Cold Brew, Vanilla, Brown Sugar Syrup, Orange Bitters topped with Purple Vanilla-Ube Foam."[4]
