- "As for Companions Cresh through Grek, they're much farther out."
- ―Crix Q5 Baobab
Companion Cresh was a distant satellite dwarf galaxy of the galaxy. The dwarf galaxy lay well beyond the 150,000 light year distance of the satellite galaxy Companion Besh.[1] Companion Cresh was, according to the Galactic Empire, officially classified as part of the Unknown Regions. The dwarf galaxy partially shared its name with the Aurebesh letter Cresh.[2] On the twelfth day of the Officer Candidate School Orientation class at the Baobab Merchant Marine Academy, the instructor Crix Q5 Baobab educated his students on dwarf satellite galaxies, including Companion Cresh.[1]
Behind the scenes
Companion Cresh was introduced in the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas, written by Jason Fry and Daniel Wallace.[1]
