Combat arachnids were bantha-sized spiders from the planet Carida, whose bodies were covered in reflective spines. They had pointed legs, sharp fangs, and razor-sharp barbs on their lower abdomens. They produced chittering sounds with their teeth, but were also capable of roaring. Jabba the Hutt's menagerie of monsters included at least one such creature.[1]
