Cold-weather issue command parka

The cold-weather issue command parka^[3] was a type of insulated jacket worn as uniform^[1] by officers of the Alliance to Restore the Republic while they were stationed in Echo Base on the icy planet Hoth. The parka was brown in color with two breast pockets and a high collar. Officers who wore the parka included the base's commander, General Carlist Rieekan, and his second-in-command General Pharl McQuarrie, as well as Major Bren Derlin. Each of them wore their Rebel command insignia on the breast of the parka.^[2]
