Coins were pieces of minted metal used as currency. Variaties of coins included:
- Credcoins: Coins in credits issued by the Republic
- Drallish crowns: Coins issued on the planet Drall
- Druggats: Coins issued on the planet Tatooine
- Peggats: Hutteese coins
- Truguts: one-fourth of a Peggat
- Wupiupi: one-sixteenth of a Trugut
