Cianba was a journalist during the start of the Yuuzhan Vong War and covered the creation of the Outer Rim Alliance. She belonged to a felinoid species covered with black fur, feline eyes, long ears, whiskers, and sharp teeth. She was considered a rogue journalist for questioning the New Republic's lack of action against the Yuuzhan Vong. Many refugees, like those on the Dibrook Space Station, listened to her HoloNet speeches for news about their homes and missing people.[1]
