A sect consisting of members of the Chevin[1] species[2] possessed a sacred idol which had certain practices related to it[1] by 3646 BBY.[3]
By that year,[3] an individual affiliated with one of the two warring governments in the ongoing Cold War between the Galactic Republic and reconstituted Sith Empire had a companion of theirs follow the sect on a pilgrimage to a blue sun to learn their history. The Chevin welcomed the companion and at the end of the pilgrimage showed them into their stronghold, where the sect instructed them in the idol's ways.[1]
Behind the scenes
The sacred idol was mentioned in the Crew Skill Mission "Pilgrimage" in the 2011 BioWare video game Star Wars: The Old Republic, though the information regarding the mission's outcome was later removed from the game.[1]
