- "We should steal some better blasters. The pulser on this thing has been fried for weeks. I'm always running dry."
- ―A Rokana Raider
A cautionary pulser
A cautionary pulser,[2] also refered to as just a pulser[1] was a device built into a blaster handle that buzzed when the firearm was low on ammunition.[2] During the showdown on Savareen,[3] Han Solo's blaster was equipped with a cautionary pulser.[2] In 3 ABY,[4] a member of the Rokana Raiders working guard duty in the Khepi Tomb in the Khepi system complained that the pulser in their blaster had been fried for several weeks, meaning that they kept running out of ammunition. As a solution, they suggested the group steal better blasters.[1]
