Canto Bight Cab Sauv was a type of wine that could be consumed by humans. The MPO-1400 Purgill-class star cruiser Halcyon had facilities that served the beverage on tap by the glass or by the carafe[1] in 34 ABY.[3] The facilites included the starship's Sublight Lounge[1] and its Crown of Corellia Dining Room where it could be ordered during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The wine shared its name[2] with Canto Bight, a casino-filled city on the planet Cantonica in the Corporate Sector.[4]

Behind the scenes

Canto Bight Cab Sauv was a wine available at the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser hotel in Walt Disney World Resort, Florida,[1] which opened to the public on March 1, 2022.[5] The out-of-universe beverage is a Cabernet Sauvignon made by Goldschmidt Vineyards in Sonoma.[1]
