The title of this article is conjectural.

Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

During the Clone Wars between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems, there was heavy fighting in the Humbarine sector including the bombardment of the sector's capital, Humbarine, by Separatist forces. The orbital bombardment left the world, which was represented in the Republic's Galactic Senate, utterly seared.[1]

Behind the scenes

In the current Star Wars canon, the bombardment of Humbarine was first mentioned in the 2023 reference book Star Wars: Dawn of Rebellion: The Visual Guide, which was written by Pablo Hidalgo and Emily Shkoukani.[1] The event originated in the Star Wars Legends continuity, where it was first mentioned in the 2005 reference book Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith Incredible Cross-Sections, which was written by Curtis Saxton.[2]
