Birok

Birok was the leader of a gang on the planet of Diado. The members of his gang also called him "Boss".

Biography

Birok was a criminal had close relations with the Confederacy of Independent Systems which controlled the CIS Weapons Factory. When Jedi Master Saesee Tiin came to Diado to steal a Separatist starfighter prototype, he ran into Birok and his gang. Birok was killed inside the secret weapons factory that housed the fighter, when Tiin stole it and used its guns to blast the command center.

Behind the scenes

Birok first appeared in the short story It Takes a Thief, which was one of four stories in the sixth volume of the Star Wars: Clone Wars Adventures trade paperbacks. He was created and penciled by Matthew and Shawn Fillbach. Birok garnered an entry in The Complete Star Wars Encyclopedia.
