Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

This CIS Weapons Factory was located on the planet Diado, and was used during the Clone Wars. Its defenses comprised of B1-series battle droids and Cold assault battle droids.

The factory produced variants on the Galactic Republic's AT-AT and AT-ST walkers, as well as a starfighter which was stolen by Jedi Master Saesee Tiin. During the theft, Tiin destroyed the facility.
