Barton system

The Barton system was a star system located in the Colundra sector of the Outer Rim Territories in the galaxy, situated in grid square S-5 of the Standard Galactic Grid.^[1] The system contained the planet Barton IV.^[2]

Behind the scenes

The Barton system first appeared in "The Outpost," the twelfth episode of the second season of Star Wars: The Bad Batch,^[2] which aired on Disney+ on March 8, 2023.^[4] The system was then identified in the appendix Star Systems of the Galaxy, published on the StarWars.com website on June 24, 2025.^[1]
