Bantha patties were a foodstuff made from banthas,[1] a species of mammals.[2] The patties were edible by Humans.[1] In 1 BBY,[3] bantha patties were served in the mess hall aboard the Imperial prison barge Purge. The Purge's Captain of the Guard, Jareth Sartoris, drank lukewarm caf and ate a reheated bantha patty that were offered in the mess hall.[1]
