The Assassin's Guild,[2] also known as the Assassins Guild,[1] the Assassin Guild,[3] or as the league,[4] was an organization active during the Imperial Era, the members of which were freelance assassins.[1] Prior to entering the service of Emperor Sheev Palpatine, Ochi of Bestoon was a Master Assassin of the league.[4] Sometime later, Chilla Zin, Gee-Ninety, and Loriach, three members of the Guild, were hired by Ochi, now a Sith assassin and a servant of the Sith Lord Darth Vader, to assassinate a pontiff allied with the Crimson Dawn criminal syndicate on Vincorba. After the three performed the job, they were confronted by Ochi and Vader, who revealed that the job had been a test so that they could serve Vader in his quest to destroy Crimson Dawn.[1]
