Arbular was an astronomical object[3] located in the Arbular system, a part of the Lambda sector[1] in the Slice portion of[2] the Mid Rim.[1] During the Andoan Wars—fought from 57 BBY to 39 BBY between the Spiverelda, the group of worlds colonized by the Aqualish species and being under the influence of[3] the Aqualish homeworld, Ando,[4] and[3] the fifteen Aqualish-settled planets known as the Andoan Free Colonies[5]—the forces of the Spiverelda prevailed over those of the Free Colonies at an engagement at Arbular.[3]
Behind the scenes
Arbular was introduced in the 2012 reference book The Essential Guide to Warfare, authored by Jason Fry and Paul R. Urquhart.[3] The StarWars.com Online Companion to the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas placed the Arbular system, and therefore the celestial body itself, in grid square Q-15.[1]
