The Ando Prime Centrum was a podracing course located on the icy[1] Mid Rim[2] planet Ando Prime. The Grand Trophy originated from a race on the course and,[1] by 32 BBY,[3] had found its way into the Toydarian junk dealer Watto's junkshop on the planet Tatooine.[1]

Behind the scenes

The Ando Prime Centrum was first mentioned in the current Star Wars canon in the 2016 reference book Star Wars: Complete Locations, in a portion focusing on locations from the[1] 1999[4] prequel trilogy film Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace,[1] which was originally written by Kristin Lund for her Star Wars Legends reference book released in 2000, Inside the Worlds of Star Wars: Episode I.[5] The Ando Prime Centrum was first introduced in the Star Wars Legends continuity via Star Wars: Episode I Racer, a 1999 LucasArts video game.[6]
