Rey participates in the Ancient Rite of Challenge

The Ancient Rite of Challenge was a ritual of the Mon Calamari and Quarren people. In order to settle debates, two indivduals could instead fight in the Sacred Arena of Salka'a.[1] In 34 ABY,[2] Rey fought Chadkol Gee's security droid, Arkay-Nine after the Resistance was accused of starting a brawl with a Quarren mob. Rey deafeated the droid but the Resistance was force to exile from Mon Cala because Rose Tico helped Rey in the fight.[1]
