Ambrostine

Ambrostine was an alcoholic beverage. Over-consumption was known to cause loss of inhibitions, followed by sleepiness, these symptoms noted particularly in a way indicative of greater effect than the standard effects of alcohol.^[1] It was popular among Imperial dignitaries.^[2]
