An alflacow was a type of cow. The Nihil Minister of Protection Abediah Viess once had an alflacow ranch at her manor on the planet Sarumo, but,[1] between 229 BBY and 228 BBY,[2] the manor, including the alflacow ranch, had become an operating base for her Ministry of Protection.[1] In 228 BBY,[2] Jedi Master Porter Engle infiltrated the manor where the former alflacow ranch was located while hunting Viess.[1]

An alflacow was mentioned in the 2024 novel Temptation of the Force, written by Tessa Gratton and published as part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's[1] Phase III.[3]
