- "According to Paldora's intel, my father has been refueling his fleet at Chinook Station for months."
- ―Iden Versio to Del Meeko
Admiral Versio's fleet of the Imperial Navy was led by the Imperial Security Bureau Admiral Garrick Versio in the last year of the Galactic Civil War. The fleet consisted of at least five Imperial II-class Star Destroyers, including the flagship Eviscerator and one commanded by Gideon Hask. Three of the fleet's Star Destroyers were destroyed near Chinook Station on Bespin while refueling, and the Eviscerator was destroyed during the Battle of Jakku, the final engagement of the Galactic Civil War.
Description
The fleet led by Imperial Security Bureau Admiral Garrick Versio consisted of at least five Imperial II-class Star Destroyers. Among these was the Versio's flagship, the Eviscerator, as well as the Star Destroyer of Inferno Squad Commander Gideon Hask. The fleet was supported by TIE/ln space superiority starfighters, TIE/IN interceptors including one piloted by Hask during the Battle of Jakku and TIE/sa tactical bombers. The TIE forces were divided in several units and at least one squadron. The fleet was sustained by supplies from Chinook Station on Bespin and an abandoned weapons depot on Sullust.[1]
History
The fleet's flagship, the Eviscerator
Following a skirmish on Vardos during Operation: Cinder in which the Eviscerator and Dauntless participated in, ISB Admiral Versio eventually came to the command of a fleet.[1] In 5 ABY,[3] the New Republic took an operation to Chinook Station, located on Bespin in the Anoat sector. Despite the sector's lockdown by Grand Moff Ubrik Adelhard and his Imperial remnant, Versio and his forces were able to receive fuel supplies from a fuel depot near Chinook Station.[1]
During the mission, Commander Gideon Hask left aboard one of the fleet's Star Destroyers. As a result, the two New Republic operatives switched to target the fuel depot that was currently refueling three Star Destroyers. The successful chain reaction destroyed the three ships. Following this mission and the destruction of an abandoned weapons depot on Sullust, Versio's supplies were cut. Versio eventually joined the Imperial loyalists assembled on Jakku led by Counselor to the Empire Gallius Rax[1]— and rival to Grand Moff Adelhard[4]— with his Eviscerator. Hask additionally joined Versio, and their forces participated in the Battle of Jakku against the New Republic. During the battle, the Eviscerator was destroyed and Versio was killed, and the battle eventually resulted in a victory for the Republic and the end of the Galactic Civil War.

- ↑ Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker: The Visual Dictionary dates Han Solo meeting with an Imperial defector at Maz's castle to get information that would help in the liberation of Kashyyyk to twenty-nine years before the Starkiller Incident, which Star Wars: Galactic Atlas dates to 34 ABY. Therefore, the meeting and the resulting skirmish took place in 5 ABY. As the mission to Chinook Station took place between Solo's meeting with the Imperial defector, and the Battle of Jakku, which Star Wars: Galactic Atlas dates to 5 ABY, the mission to Chinook Station also took place in 5 ABY.
