"I am an Adarian, my mistress. My cranial aperture helps to focus and amplify sound waves."
―Twirm[1]

Adarians were a sentient species[1] from the Adari system in the Inner Rim[3] that possessed a cranial aperture that enhanced their focus and amplified sound waves. One Adarian called Twirm served as submister in Latts Razzi's criminal syndicate and recorded events in the Smuggler's Guide.[1]

(backup link) (screenshot) Jason Fry, co-author of The Essential Atlas and a number of maps in the current Star Wars canon (see a list here), stated his intention to create homeworlds for numerous species based on context implied from their names. This article treats the Adari system as the location of one such homeworld with regard to the Adarian species.
