Actavarus III was a male who served as the King of the planet Dubrillion during the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire. A tyrant, Actavarus the Third was faced by a civil war, and he destroyed six major cities, killing millions, in an attempt to suppress the rebellion. Actavarus's ancestors usurped the throne from the Arak Drayen III of Drayen dynasty in 3749 BBY, and Actavarus sent assassins to kill Risha Drayen on Tatooine,[1] and finally assassinated Count Merritt Rineld.[2]
Actavarus III fled Dubrillion when the planet was sacked during the revolt against the Eternal Empire.[2]
