1211 was a level of[1] Imperial City,[2] the ecumenopolis that covered the planet Coruscant. During the reign of the Galactic Empire, the TC-series protocol droid TC-99 considered 1211 to be a den of iniquity so bad that even the electronic thought of it made his heuristic processor overheat, meaning the less said about the level the better. While visiting Level 1978 of Imperial City[1] in 19 BBY,[3] TC-99 thought about how Level 1313 and 1211 were worse levels then Level 1978, although the droid still held a low opinion of it.[1]

1211 was mentioned during a flashback in the 2025 novel Master of Evil, which was written by Adam Christopher.[1]
