McAllister Auto and Tire is a business in Medford, Texas. It was owned by Jim and Audrey McAllister before Georgie and Ruben bought the store. They work on tires, brakes, suspension, radiators, and state inspection of vehicles. George one day enters and talks to Jim and Audrey, about Mandy's pregnancy.
Jim's longtime rival Fred Fagenbacher made an offer to buy the business, but after George Cooper Jr. and Ruben were able to come up with enough to match his offer, Jim sold to them instead.

- It was formerly known as "McCallister Auto and Tire" in its first episode appearances in Young Sheldon until it was renamed to match the characters last name that was changed in its last appearance in the series.
- It will appear again in Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage.
