V.Coins was the currency that VTech had used as an alternative way to purchase digital products on the marketplace.
History
On November 11, 2011 the V.Coins' patent was filled and shortly after introduced onto the site. On the site you'd be able to earn V.Coins by doing various activities on VTech products like registering them, or playing a certain activity. The earned V.Coins would go into your VTech account where you could then redeem them for various digital items such as games, videos, e-books, ect.
The currency would remain in use up until 2018 when they had discontinued the currency.
Setting Up
In order to get V.Coins you must first install the Learning Lodge Navigator software, then connect your compatible device into your PC and fill the forum out.

- The V.Coins' patent was filled on November 11, 2010, opposed on April 26, 2011, and canceled on February 16, 2018.[1]
- The G&S described V.Coins as "Issuance of tokens of value, namely, electronic credits used to purchase and download digital children's books, games, or other digital media."[2]
- Rarely, when booting up the MobiGo device, you'll sometimes be told about free V.Coins!
