Zian was a Theelin male who was the husband of Hackrack Bep, the Vice President of the planet Dalna.[1] In 230 BBY,[2] the couple's son, Theo, was taken by the Nihil whilst at the south meadowlands and hidden in the Maawat Mountains, though he was eventually found by a group of Jedi including the Jedi Knight Vernestra Rwoh and her Padawan Imri Cantaros. The pair then took Theo back to the vice president's house in Saludad where he was reunited with Zian who thanked the Jedi for bringing back his son, and then informed them that Bep would want to speak to them.[1]

Behind the scenes

Zian appeared in Mission to Disaster, a 2022 junior novel written by Justina Ireland as part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's[1] Phase I.[3]
