Zhou

Zhou was a human commander who served the Galactic Empire at the Fekunda Outpost. He led the effort to acquire the outpost's resources for Imperial supply lines. Following the arrival of Hera Syndulla, who encouraged the workers to engage in subtle rebellion against the Empire, Zhou was ultimately unsuccessful in his attempt to gain control of the outpost, and he and his stormtrooper squad were driven from the region.^[1]
