Zeltros Mousse was a real-world dish that was first made available to guests in the Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo restaurant at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge in Disneyland in Anaheim, California on May 12, 2025.[3] Its menu description reads, "Vanilla Bean Mousse, Strawberry Crème, Strawberry Crunch Crust, Banana Soil, Chocolate Caviar."[4]
