Zakku Rain Cartel

The Zakku Rain Cartel was a crime syndicate active^[1] sometime prior to 10 BBY.^[2] The cartel was in attendance at Calladus Festival when Landonis Balthazar Calrissian swindled them out of innumerous credits. Many members of the cartel held a grudge against Calrissian^[1] until 10 BBY,^[2] when at least four of their members, Murkel Kev, Siswan, Kawal Tane, and Cantor Zain, allied themselves with a group of outlaws who had captured the suave gambler. They would attempt to kill Calrissian in a gladiatorial arena among the Wastelands of the planet Kullgroon, though their confrontation was interrupted by L3-37, who rescued her partner in the Millennium Falcon.^[1]
