ZC-1140[3] was a human[1] stormtrooper who served the First Order. The trooper was stationed at a First Order re-education facility on the planet Batuu, where the trooper believed the local Batuuans needed a slight push to see the truth of the First Order. As such, four days before the installation was scheduled to fully open, ZC-1140 noted their belief that the Batuuans would thank the First Order for establishing the center when asked by fellow stormtrooper JE-1564, with whom the trooper was on guard duty.[2]

Behind the scenes

ZC-1140 appeared in the VR game Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy's Edge – Last Call. Although his name is not spoken aloud in Tales from the Galaxy's Edge – Last Call,[2] he was identified in the subtitles for the game.[3]
