A human male was the brother of New Republic Intelligence agent Yrica Quell. Whilst trying to recruit Nath Tensent to the New Republic on Entropian Hive, Quell drank brandy and noted that one of her brothers had taught her to appreciate it. Quell mentioned that her brothers often teased her when they were all young.^[1]
