Ye Tantari was a Jedi Master who served the Jedi Order during the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire. By 3643 BBY, Tantari was training two Padawans when the Jedi was infected with a plague by the Sith Lord Vivicar. However, Tantari was freed when Vivicar was defeated.[1]

Ye Tantari was first mentioned in the video game Star Wars: The Old Republic in a message to Jedi Consular players after end of Act I if they chose to allow Terrak Morrhage to kill the Jedi Masters connected to him.[1]
