The YT-750 freighter was a model of freighter utilized during the High Republic Era. The former Jedi and monster hunter Ty Yorrick owned a battered YT-750 freighter that she did not care to name, though the starship had various registry numbers in the Galactic Republic records.[1]
Behind the scenes
The YT-750 freighter was created by Cavan Scott for the Star Wars: The High Republic publishing initiative.[1] It was first depicted in the Characters of Star Wars: The High Republic video for Ty Yorrick, released on April 15, 2021,[2] and was identified in an excerpt from the novel The High Republic: The Rising Storm on April 22, 2021.[1] The starship was based on unused concept art created by Ryan Church.[3]
