YS-5755[4] was an R-series[2] astromech droid manufactured by Industrial Automaton.[1] The droid featured in the song "Goola Bukee" by Zano,[4] during which YS-5755 had a solo performance. The droid DJ R-3X praised the R-unit's performance, citing it as the reason for the song's success.[2] In 34 ABY,[5] R-3X played "Goola Bukee" at Oga's Cantina in the town of Black Spire Outpost on the planet Batuu.[2]

YS-5755's voice appeared in the track "Goola Bukee" at the themed land Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge,[3] which opened to guests at Disneyland Park and Disney's Hollywood Studios in 2019.[6] YS-5755 was identified as the featuring artist on the song with the release of the digital album Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge Oga's Cantina: R3X's Playlist #1[4] on September 6, 2019.[7]
