The YG-series was a line of light freighters manufactured by the Corellian Engineering Corporation centuries before the Battle of Yavin. They were later followed by the YT-series of freighters (including such famous ships as the Millennium Falcon and the Outrider) and the VCX series, which debuted around the time of the Yuuzhan Vong War.
