Xenopathology was a scientific discipline. A doctor who specialized in xenopathology, such as Archiban Kimble, was called a xenopathologist. Xenopathology was offered as a course of study at the planet of Coruscant's prestigious University.[1]

Xenopathology was first mentioned in the entry for Archiban Kimble in the 2012 Star Wars: The Old Republic Encyclopedia, a reference guide for BioWare's 2011 massively multiplayer online roleplaying video game Star Wars: The Old Republic.[1] The word "xenopathology" is a combination of the prefix "xeno," meaning alien[2] and "pathology," the study of diseases.[3]
